Cold Stone Creamery - Helotes

Love this place! Staff are always so friendly and they serve a solid product every time. I delivered our last order, and it was great! Children love it and it is a great place to stop for a quick treatment! Love the founders favorite combo!

Went to Cold Stone in San Antonio Texas for a late evening snack and the place for quite packed. There was actually a line. This is absolutely my favorite stop for Ice Cream. I have my ultimate favorite Oreo cookie overload that is so delicious. My nephew got Peanut butter overload so he loved. My brother got Mudpie Mojo, which I have myself and it is also really good, and My sister-in-law got Peanut Butter Perfection and replaced the regular ice cream with banana ice cream. That was really good. I have to get that next time. The staff was polite and courteous and quickly took our orders without concerns. We had a Cold Stone Creamery at Lake Charles La, but they closed it. One day they'll get it back. Great experience, great service and delicious ice cream.

Delicious ice cream! Staff are mostly young college children who do good work with mixing, a few times here and there you get few people who do not make the mix right.

I often come in, the girl with the red hair is always very nice and does a great job!

The ice cream concoctions here are incredible! So far, the Founder 's Favorite is my go-to treat. It has a whole brownie in it! It 's absolutely fantastic!
