JMJ. Howdy San Antonio, I was asked by Facebook to write a review. Born and raised in SAT, 66 years old. There are few holes in the wall Mexican restaurants. This is an authentic home restaurant. The real deal. The best. Look at Henry's Puffy Tacos. Capitalism best. Competition!!!! Back Hint Hint. There is a place in Hills and Dales that is worth checking. :

Our server was fast and friendly. Our food came fast and it was sooooo delicious! The restaurant is clean. I'm aware that the car park sometimes becomes hectic after 9 or something because of the To-go line. It blocks some of the parking while cars are waiting so be careful! Delicious tacos. The manager was friendly, polite and very informative when we asked to keep the place for an event.

Absolutely love this place! Great food and staff! Hands down the best homemade tortillas, flour and corn!

My parents for lunch after my nephew baseball game. Everything was delicious and our server was great. Wonderful little town Helote's atmosphere!! Another customer came to thank my father for his service in the military and bought his lunch for him!! Dear Helotes!
