Bidra med feedbackI was here a few times and it's always so salty, so warm and so good. It is worth exploring their own porch menu as I tried their speciality Porridge and it was a bit too sweet for my pleasure with the caramel sauce. You can discover some fabulous concoctions.
We all have in oats and barley otto with mushrooms. All this in oats had a very high peat to oats ratio, so I would probably do the 3 topping option instead. The barley Otto was delicious and a nice break from the sweet Porridge. Mayo truffles and pickled onions balanced everything. It is described as “with tons of veg”, but I could do with even more kale and cabbage!
I had the barley and mushroom Risotto bowl. It was a perfect combination of hot risotto, fresh cabbage and calf, brownish onions and crispy roasted almonds. The combination and texture of the ingredients was very satisfying. The share was enough for two meals. The Risotto was definitely on the salty side, so I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, but was still delicious. I also had a fresh apple, celery, ginger, lemon juice. It was refreshing, but mostly like apple juice. Great, friendly service (I went to her location in Christiana) with indoor or outdoor seating. Great prices for Copenhagen. Small cafe/restaurant with many breakfast options, which can be ordered until 5 pm and also various risotto-like dishes. The staff was friendly, vegan dishes and dishes that can be veganized, were clearly marked and the preparation was fast.
All breakfast options can be made plant based. The porridge is good, and you can top it with several healthy ingredients.
