Dunkin Donuts - HELLERTOWN

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin Donuts EVER. I?ve been here multiple times. I come back with the thought, maybe their just having a day. But it?s been every time. No sense of urgency. I think the two times I?ve used the drive THRU for a cup of coffee I waswaiting 20 minutes. They have adequate amount of staff but I just think they come to work at their own pace and leisure and notthe demands of the customers. I get it, we?re not machines I don?t expect that but they could work on customer service andtheir processing times

If only I could leave negative stars. This Dunkin is terrible, the customer service the quality, just everything is horrible! The employees are so rude! They gave me the wrong order of donuts for my kids as well as gave me a drink that was half full, butI didn?t realize until I got into the car because the phone had settled by then and when I went back to ask them to make a newone and show them that it was only half full, the two girls looked at each other and laughed and said no it definitely wasn?t,in a rude tone. Then they just walked away while I sat in the drive-through So now I am stuck with the wrong house fool drinkand the wrong donuts for my kids. I couldn?t believe how terribly ignorant they were! Like you work in customer service!! That?ssad.

They are never open, it seems and the personal is evil all the time. they also don't know how to make coffee very good.

Of the worst dunkin donuts I've ever had. the staff is incredibly slow, their drink is never done right. not to mention that they now charge for everything. they make one fall and go somewhere else!

Nothing wrong if you like dunkin for coffee.... only one that prefers it. wawa above all. so, my opinion after dunkin is 3 stars coffee and wawa is 5 stars coffee. So the best class I will give to every dunkin in the whole world are 3 stars.
