Wahi - Helena Bay

We were supposed to go to another restaurant but they closed. So, decided to have dinner here last Monday. The beef and fish were absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked and nice flavour. So happy to find a good restaurant

This spot has an amazing setting and took me by surprise. All it took was a wine and starter while waiting for my wife to get her hair done, and I was left wanting more. We have been back on two seperate occasions each time trying something different and each time left raving about the food. Whether it's raw fish, Sri Lankan curry or a classic Argentinian cooked meat and veg, they don't seem to put a foot wrong. Great food and service seem to be at the top of their priority list.

Food was super good, wings and sauce were a 10, wedges, cranberry and brie on point. Sliders we're a bit dry and could do with some more sauce. Food came out quick and the staff were great. Facilities are cool and the place has a nice outside area.

FOOD: Lots of options and variety between its three menus; Bar snack menu is available all day and offers perfect portions for ordering a few and sharing them among friends. Great Vegetarian options available as well. AMBIANCE: Spacious with indoor and outdoor seating and eating options; you can also choose to sit in-front of the fire in comfy recliners, grab a booth or the classic tables chairs. Nice and relaxing space, and never too loud. STAFF: Are always friendly and attentive; happy to help discuss the menu and work out any niggly allergies.

Awesome food and wonderful service. We can be glad to have such a great restaurant here in Tutukaka. Well done!
