Silver Star Steak Company - Helena

This modern Montana steakhouse is excellent. It was my first visit as I usually prefer more traditional establishments, but there is a lot to like here - a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and a wide variety of tasty options.

Everything at this restaurant is still fantastic. Although, it appears that the recipe for the whisky peppercorn sauce has been altered. The previous version was far superior! Please bring back the original recipe!

My family tried several different cuts of steak, all of which were delicious. I decided to try the New York steak Philly cheese steak, but unfortunately, it was the worst Philly cheese steak I have ever had.
