Lovely, beautiful cafe. Lovely lakeview, good service, nice background music, excellent cakes and coffee, also good salty bites. Also wine and drinks are served. Also icecream. Nice place even if not so warm weather, since there is a nice glass pavilion outside. Highly recommend this place, easy to stop by from the motorway also.

Lovely cafe by the lake the Jyrängönvirta stream nearby the Heinola bridge. Good coffees, cakes, ice cream and other refreshments. You can arrive by car, foot or boat. Beautiful location!

Situated on the small isle under the bridge that has served as the symbol of the town for over half a century, this delicately constructed cafe serves a variety of people. From passers-by to people travelling distances by boat(there’s a lovely little peer), the service is welcoming and positive. The menu has freshly baked pasteries and salads and the coffee is not limited to the ”Finnish brew”. -The ice latte is great. There’s also a good variety of alcoholic beverages on sale. An absolutely go-to place when visiting these parts of Finland. When you see the old bridge, you cannot miss this place.
