We had a very pleasant and fun part of our young lady party in the metropolis. in very nice ambiente, attractive light mood, delicious eating and super-netter operation. Thank you!

I can't say anything about the metropoles. I had a table reserved for silvester for 2 at 20:00. we were hungry in the evening and left the right side in the confirmation email that our table was kept free for only 5 minutes. we were there for 10 minutes and what we see there. it is closed. really great, as it is also very easy to find a good alternative to silvester. really here has the collaboration of metropoles and more open table not worked at all. then we have tolerated the cavalli by infestation and can also eat delicious there. but I don't think I'll ever book over open tables again, and the metropole can still stumble now. Actually, I don't write bad reviews, but that was really super annoying. we wanted to experience a nice day in heidelberg, eat well and enjoy silvester. but this experience has almost broken it. if they already offer a service and make the booking of tabs really easier, then it should also work, and that is absolutely not the case.
