Probably the best restaurant in this region. From the concept we compete more with the 3-star restaurants in Baiersbronn than with the other 1-star restaurants nearby. The quality also reflects this at the prices. But they are performance-oriented!

Ambience stylish, friendly and welcoming, eating an intense taste experience.

Great food! It's really hard to describe with words. We felt every dish like a work of art with a variety of perfectly matched flavor notes (this is the rare case where the adjective can really be applied properly), which gradually unfolds in the mouth. As we do not drink alcohol, we were offered alcohol-free drinks/ cocktails per walk, which were also among the highlights of the evening as they added the dishes very well, not too much and not too little. We'll be back!

A successful surprise! In the ambience that some might already seem dusty, we were served creative, modern cuisine that combines classic crafts with asian impact and sensational flavors. Never pure classic, always surprising, from the dressing on the plate (or in the bowl) to the combination of ingredients to naturally to the taste itself. Our 4 courses were more than enough, Dessert unfortunately found no place. The wine tasting has not always been perfect for our taste, but there were interesting, unexpected and delicious drops. We were there as a family with 12 years old and felt very welcome. Pleasantly relaxed but attentive service, 1a service.
