Everyone was super friendly helpful to show on vegan options, and even brought us special ice bars from behind. would go all the time if we lived close!

Nice! the owners are beautiful hostess! a menu with a large selection of vegan foods. also vegan food offered on seasonal! great outdoor viewing like a small park!

The volkano is my favourite restaurant in heidelberg. I have eaten several times there and eating is fantastic every time. the suppen and salads are always fresh and seasonal and my personal highlight is the vegan mouse au chocolat. the best you ever tasted! there is a sweet little restaurant place, an outdoor lounge and a beer garden. Surrounded by a lot of green, it is ideal for the family and dogs to bring. the best place to go in the summer as it is cozy and quiet. the owners are some of the friendly people and their dogs are also lovely. they are even listed as team members pro tipp: very popular as high-time and for all types of festivities. ps: can only give 4 cows, as it is only veg-friendly, but it deserves 10!

This place is in a little park in a lovely shady setting. There's a full page of vegan options on the menu, and in addition there are vegan items marked on the other menu pages. The vegan carrot soup was both sweet and peppery. The vegan spelt noodles with asparagus and olives was gourmet, delicious, and had an Alfredo-like sauce. The portions were huge so I didn't try any of the tempting vegan desserts. There were other vegan dishes that looked terrific like mushroom paella I would love to go back there any time. There's also a page of vegetarian items. My meat-eating companions were delighted with their dishes as well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

We were visiting Heidelberg for a few days and I'm so glad that our hotel was close-by. This is the cutest place ever! The staff were very sweet, and we made sure to hang out here for a long time. Fun mix of students and families.
