Culver's - Heber City

Waited approximately 40 minutes in drive through for food. The intent of the drive through was to get food relatively quickly because we needed to get back home quickly. I understand the labor shortage but a simple update or upfront notice that the wait was going to be that long would have been appreciated

The food and service was good and the restaurant was clean. Can't ask for much more from a fast food restaurant. I can't say I absolutely love their food, but it's a nice break from other mainstream fast food places.

I stop here on my way home from fishing every time because Culver's never disappoints, especially this one.First Timers: I can recommend the Butter Burger (you have to tell them what you want on it otherwise you'll get a hamburger), and absolutely do not leave without a concrete mixer, let me recommend Chocolate and Reeses. Culver's ice cream is next level, make you wonder if you've ever had ice cream before.

Went there around 5pm. Young people more interested in talking to each other than giving customers service. We had to ask for missing food and spoons. Go before 4pm if you want a better dining experience.

Cashier wasn’t outgoing. Could barely hear him at all. The reason this is 3 stars though is because another employee was great. He had a conversation with me about wrestling and HE was definitely 5 stars. I think his name was Matt
