We decided to dine at the restaurant located in the Hans hotel where we were staying. Despite Hubli being a relatively small place, the restaurant offers a fine dining experience with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. However, while the menu was tasty, we were disappointed to not find any local flavors that we were hoping to enjoy.

The Lotus is a restaurant situated in the Hans Hotel in Hubli. During our recent stay, we dined at the restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, with views overlooking the pool area. We sampled the Butter chicken, Palak paneer, and chole bature, and were impressed with the quality and portion sizes of the dishes. In my opinion, I would suggest this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine, despite their offering of Chinese and other cuisines.
