Ralph's Famous Italian Ice - HAZLET

My fiancé I discovered then promptly went to ~RALPHS~ last season WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Not only was *Michele* so kind personable but she presented us with eye appealing, flavor bud flooding deliciousness. We truly recommend going for an all around great experience! We'll be hitting there tonight for our first treat of the season :

They're always so kind and their water ices are the best! I usually get a large mango, dad gets a quart of cherry, and mom gets neopolitan waffle sandwich. Everything is always delicious. The only water ice i don't recommend (so far) is the green apple flavor.

This ice cream place used to be great! But now not so much? I will tell you about my experience today, first my mom was getting the atm machine to get money, in the door the lady saw us but when my brother and I went to order she was nowhere to be found. Finally another couple came and didn?t see her either, then she came out with an attitude. I got the strawberry shortcake Italian ice with gummy bears. When it came out it had chocolate ice cream inside it. Disgusting! Does not mix together nor did I ask for it!! My mom got the Ralphaccino that also had chocolate ice cream in it and nor did she ask for it either!! Worst experience at this place! Will never go again!! I would recommend if you like Ralph?s but not in Hazlet, you should go to Lincrofts!! Great ice cream and service there! But Hazlet not so much as you can see!!

Love Ralph?s Ices. I have been a fan and customer since their Brooklyn Days. They are always so nice and I always leave a big tip EXCEPT when I need to use their atm. I HATE, HATE that they don?t take cards and charge you a $2.99 fee! It ruins the whole experience and absorbs the tip.

Ordered through Ubereats and didn?t get my entire order. Order : 092A3. I didn?t get the doughado (I spelled this all wrong) but I ordered the cake batter and never received it.
