I usually come here two or three times a month, and it’s always with the night crew. I’ve never had an issue with food and anyone working has always been pleasant and kind to me! They all do a great job! :

Updated 02/12/2024I am a local door Dasher, and I am in this specific location frequently to pick up orders. The doors are locked for the lobby almost constantly whether they are short staffed or not! Most of the employees are very rude, when certain ones are there, they're blasting very vulgar music in the back, vulgar language is being spewed from some of the employees mouths, employees are STILL using same gloves to prepare food after touching on other surfaces (drink machine, nasty counter top, etc).... it's God awful going in there most of the time. I will actually decline most door dash offers sent to me from Taco Bell because it's easier to just NOT deal with the young people that basically run the place. Something needs done. I'm actually in the process of putting in applications around Hazel Green but I would NOT work in that place because I would never tolerate the behavior that is displayed by most employees. This is a problem in a lot of the fast food restaurants here in HG, but Taco Bell has become #1 on that list... especially since you can smell the MARIJUANA coming out of the drive thru window! Do better!
