The Landing Resort - Hayward

Stopped in to eat lunch the food was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good food, poor service. Eat dinner here, not lunch. We ordered a Burger, quesadilla, and BLT. It’s been 54 min no food yet, nobody here.

We stayed in the upper unit of the first cabin. The AC was not working. The ceiling fan and 3 lights in the living room were also not working. We went to the landing looking for someone who could help us. He was gone for the day which was no problem, but he did not check in with us the next day. I ended up talking with the person who was staying in the lower unit. Who informed me that the AC is controlled in her unit. She was very understanding and did turn the AC down for us. The Cabins are very out dated and could use some fixing up. They charge quite a bit of for these things to not be working. Especially when it’s in the high 80s. I would recommend putting your towards a nicer place.

Good drinks, great on bait quality. Owner is awesome.
