Subway - Hayward

Excellent place to eat a good sandwiches and service is excellent no complain.

They sent us a cold sandwich with the tinniest amount of sauce.

Why have curbside orders as an option…. If your employees aren’t going to do curbside orders. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait 20 minutes for my order only to just go in and get it myself when I had specifically made my order curbside because I did not want to take my baby out of the car. I had to also serve myself my own drink when that should of already been done. And the employees didn’t explain anything just said they thought it was pickup heres your drink and left to the back….The service here is ridiculous wish I could give 0 star review. And to top it off I requested my sandwich be toasted… yeah it wasn’t. F this subway location employees cant read the order instructions apparently.

The nice ladies that work here remember what my colleague and I like to eat and are super friendly

Always freshly made and they load me on meat very delicious and made right at this location
