Cecil's Famous Burgers - Hayward

I thought I would check out this place after seeing some decent reviews. I heard this place is under new ownership and it’s changed. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with just the meat, bacon , cheese and, bread of course. What I got was a just a plain burger, no cheese, no bacon, and some sauce that they put on. It was quite expensive and the wait for the food to be ready was too long. If the food was good and the order was correct, I would not complain.The was no good place to sit as it’s all outdoor and the tables were kinda old and not very clean.I will not be coming back here.

This place is the best burger place i know. It is even better than In and Out.

Slowwwww service. Took over 45 min to get 2 double cheeseburgers. But it did taste amazing , hopefully next time is better!

I have never seen such a bad waiter. The waiter took 50 minutes to serve the meal and 10 minutes to serve three drinks. The waiter didn't want to work.

I am very disappointed cecils used to be my favorite burger joint on town. The wait was over 20 minutes and my fries were cold and soggy ...the burger was slapped together in a hurry and seems like the size of the pattie keeps getting smaller ...sorry cecils quarter pounder is ten times better these days
