McCracken Country Club Restaurant

Had lunch here today in the bistro and the views are greatLong reaching over the golf course and into the Hindmarsh valley.

There are two main eating areas here-a fine dining restaurant and the golf club bistroWe ate in the latter tonightThe view and atmosphere are great.

We have been to the bistro several times. The food has been good, the service is average but it is very noisy

We stayed at McCracken country club and had dinner here. The club, restaurant and facilities are excellent. The choice on the menu is great and the service excellent.

We remembered the splendid views from the bistro windows when we’d been before. This time it was dark when we went for dinner during the busy school holidays and the place was crowded. My wife and I shared a delicious haloumi starter and she enjoyed chicken pappardelle for her main. I ordered one of the specials, whole baked flounder served with herb butter, grilled egg plant, salad and lemon and garlic dressing. We waited a while for our mains but it was worth it.
