Back Eddy - Hay River

Local pub with good food. Great service and great prices. Gluten feee options available for me too. This place was recommended by some of the locals to us.

We had beers and appetizers. All good, but the beers were a little expensive. Would go back. The ladies working there were very nice and friendly and provided excellent service.

Came with two colleagues...nachos were warm, cheese not melted fully, the chicken in the burger didnt look broiled/grilled enough... Thai chicken salad, noodles were soggy not crisped, chicken in the salad was bland, barely eaten The ribs...since my colleague had them before, he was shocked, didn’t taste good, stale, reheated... So two are not feeling well and one debating if he will ever come back. The server was rude even if we didn’t complain about anything, never going back there again

The food was very good, a good selection on the menu. We happened to hit wing night which was a plus for us.

While spending a few days in Hay River this restaurant was recommended to us. Good food, good service great atmosphere. There were 6 of us we have various dishes. Nothing really outstanding but good. The only complaint was the chairs were too low for my liking..
