Bidra med feedbackThe food was good, but they should really have someone in charge at night. This immature girl on the register could not properly handle a simple situation of her being wrong. My mother is highly allergic to shrimp and that is was she gave my mom. No apology just constant talking back and whispering under her breath. Please WaBa Grill do not leave children alone when it 's obvious they can not be left alone. P.s she needs to learn how to wear her mask properly
Ordered the day before. i arrived to pick up my order 15 late of 16 chicken bowls they employees hadn't even started making the order then said it was another 30 min wait for the order to be ready, got my order 45 late, why even offer the option to order ahead ?
I got a shrimp bowl from this place with brown rice with waba sauce. the shrimp was ok at best, what i imagine prison food taste like. the rice tasted like you wiped fresh paint off of a wall with a wash cloth, then proceed to but it in the microwave and serve it as rice.
Employees here are lost and don?t know how to apply promos and even print out the receipt to make the order.
I always strive to be fair when reviewing places, and I understand that everyone has off days. Unfortunately, today was not a good day for this particular location. The girl at the front counter could benefit from some training; she was extremely rude and had a noticeable attitude. I simply asked a straightforward question, and she looked at me as if I was a nuisance, even rolling her eyes dramatically. I will definitely not be returning, and I believe her behavior needs to be addressed by her supervisor. If not, this location risks losing all of its customers. While the food was decent, my overall experience left much to be desired.
