Midici Wood Fired Pizza Kitchen

The overall experience that we encountered here was absolutely horrible. This restaurant was recommended by the Marriott hotel. We arrived as soon as they opened at 11AM and the door was locked. The young guy just looked at us and took his precious time to unlock the door and turn on the open sign. We were not greeted when we walked in. We sat ourselves at the bar and waited around 3 mins before he even said anything to us. He then told us that if we wanted to order something we needed to get up and come to the register. The pizza that we ordered had to be remade due to the oven not been cleaned the night before. The first time it was made he said that the oven scorched it. The second time it was made it was missing toppings, so they took it upon themselves to just add the toppings on top of the cooked pizza. We were served yet another scorched pizza. At this point, we were so highly dissatisfied and upset with the service received from the young male that opened the door with an attitude and acted like he did not want to be at work and even took multiple deep breaths as others entered the restaurant. I would not recommend this poor of an excuse restaurant to anyone.

Stood in the front of the line for 15 mins without help from anyone, no eye contact or so much as a simple “someone will be with you.” All while 4 employees tried to figure out a previous order gone wrong from a returning customer. The food could be awesome for all I know but sadly based on this poor experience I will never find out.

Tried From the Garden pizza, pasta and cheese garlic bread.Special kudos for the employees. They made a custom made pizza for birthday with special designs. Love it a lot. Needs extra dedication to go beyond to satisfy the customers.1. Pasta was very good. Liked a lot.2. Pizza toppings were good. Felt a little bland and was very thin for the toppings.3. Garlic bread was good with the marinara.

According to the aficionado in the family Midici is a solid 7 out of 10. Great value and quick, friendly service.

Staff is nice, food is pretty ok. But the management is HORRIBLE! The stuff they have on their menu they don’t really have it!!! Like come on corporate needs to get involved . I wanted gelato and they said they didn’t have any! Like why is on the menu then? Also like I said management is not great . My aunt had to get up to get plates and napkins . When the waiter should’ve brought it out. Because we were sharing our food family style . Why do we need to get up to get our own utensil’s and plates!!! I won’t come back here. It’s not worth it for the way things are handled .
