Hungry Jack's - HAWTHORNDENE

Every time I visit this Hungry Jacks, the wait time is a nightmare. They need to improve their service speed for drive-thru customers. That's why we prefer using the drive-thru instead of dining in and waiting for hours.

Lady with red hair took my order and had absolutely no customer service skills sound as she did not interest. didn't tell me how much my order came to get my card and pay. didn't ask me if I wanted a reception and not. a single please, thank you or enjoy your meal.

I started off by ordering a value meal consisting of a $3 Whopper Junior and $1 small fries. However, since a small drink was priced at $2.70, I opted for a large frozen coke for $1 instead. The burger was delicious, topped with plenty of lettuce and pickles. The fries were fresh and crispy, a nice change from the soggy ones I had recently at another restaurant. Unfortunately, the "pulled beef loaded chips" for $4.95 that I added on were a letdown. The beef was dry and overly salty, accompanied by a small amount of dark sauce that seemed out of place.

It's Hungry Jacks and you know the drill. Relatively clean, friendly staff and standard fare. Parking a chore!
