My family and I dined at this restaurant during their 50% off offer. Despite being extremely busy and experiencing slow service due to the 'eat out to help out' promotion, our waitress Serbal went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our food. She handled the chaos single-handedly and the food, although arriving an hour late, was absolutely delicious. I returned with my sisters on two separate occasions and had a great dining experience each time. Don't let negative reviews deter you from trying this restaurant. Give it a chance before passing judgment.

I was disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. The portions were small, with only four pieces of chicken on a small serving of rice and limp salad. The halloumi wrap was also soggy.

After being regular patrons of Kervan Saray for many years, we ordered from them yesterday for our anniversary celebration. The order was quite large for just 2 adults, a young child, and a baby, so we had leftovers. Today, when reheating an Adana to feed the kids, I found a hair and some white fluff. Upon further inspection, I discovered a massive ball of dust, hair/fur, and fluff in the food. This was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. When I called to inform them, they said they couldn't do anything because it was from yesterday. I was shocked by their lack of concern and unwillingness to acknowledge the issue. I have serious doubts about their food hygiene standards, especially during Covid-19. I will never eat there again, even if they offer free food. The lack of response and accountability from the staff only adds to my disappointment. My husband is equally appalled and plans to show them the contaminated food. It is truly disappointing to see such disregard for customer satisfaction and food safety.

COVID-19 prevented us celebrating a 21st by going out for dinner so we tried this restaurant on a recommendation for a takeaway and were not disappointed. Absolutely lovely food, delivered on time and hot! Would definitely use again without and doubt. All I need now is an excuse!
