When I brought it to the manager's attention, he offered to take the bug out and give it back to me or I would have to pay for a new one. The manager, named Shaheen, was very rude. I told him that hygiene should be their first priority and it was disgusting that he would suggest taking the bug out of my niece's drink. I ended up paying for a new smoothie since my niece really wanted it, but the manager did not offer to replace it free of charge even though the error was on their end. Instead, he tried to convince me not to write a negative review by saying it would affect his business. This is a red flag and suggests that this may not be an isolated incident. The manager needs to improve his behavior and food hygiene standards in order to keep customers safe and satisfied.
I asked the waiter if the kids' burger was fresh or frozen, and she said it was not frozen. Later, when I asked her why she had said that, another staff member, I guess the cook, told me that the burger is actually frozen but cooked before serving. Really? Do you think your customers are stupid to be spoken to in this way? The waitress asked, "You didn't like it?" I replied that my child hadn't eaten it. Despite this, I still had to pay the full price and the peas were missing as well. The service was terrible. It seems like the girl doesn't have a clue about her job. There was a reason why I asked her, but she decided to lie about the quality of the food. I don't even want to know her knowledge about food allergies or food safety. That's worrying for customers. Sorry, but the kids' burger looked like dog food.
My sister, her 11-month-old granddaughter, and I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. Our waitress, Leanne, was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Leanne even made our little one smile. Thanks to her, I would definitely return to this restaurant. She is truly a great asset to the staff.

I walked in for a take-away coffee. I was welcome by a grumpy waiter at the counter. I asked for a white coffee with oat milk. I could see by his grin that he couldn’t be bothered. I waited outside so my clothes didn’t stink of fish. The place reeked of it! I walked to the train station. I had a sip and it was Cow milk! Good thing I am not lactose intolerant!!!!
