Good honest chippy. My opinion, best in haverhill. Can get busy, but staff work quickly and are always friendly. They do deliver also. Cod and chips always spot on, and price is very reasonable. Benny's BBQ is a haverhill institution and a go to for many a local. It has been here for many years. The owner knows you by name, and is such a nice guy as with all the staff that work in there. Don't bother going anywhere els if you're in the mood for a chippy tea in haverhill.

There were other problems, but I won’t list them since they can't be proven. I was told I wouldn’t be getting any money back, but I was offered free delivery on my next order instead. They only offered to replace the meal, but I have no interest in their subpar food. I understand that issues can arise, but the way customer service handles them is what builds loyalty—and sadly, that response was unacceptable. Times are tough, and that meal was meant to be a treat, but it left me hungry, disappointed, and out of pocket. The manager asked us to come down to resolve the issue, but they just repeated the same things, wasting more of my time and gas. They seem to believe that their small size exempts them from consumer rights. The sheer arrogance and condescending tone were disgraceful.
