The food is good sometimes but today they sent me my food and it was literally burned to a crisp. When I called to let them know, instead of offering to give me some new food or a refund the manager or whatever he is told me not to order from there anymore. I don't understand how anyone providing service would treat a repeat customer I order from the weekly and you'd think they would take care of their regular customers but instead they treat me like that. I honestly will not order from them anymore.

I would give a negative 10 if I could!!! Owner was extremely rude!!! Sent old burnt to a crisp boneless spareribs as well as beef teriyaki. I asked for a plate that was not burnt and I would send this back and the owner hung up!!! Go to orie tak garden they have fresh food and amazing customer service!!!
