Hampton Inn By Hilton - Haverhill

Breakfast was up to a Hampton Inn expectation. We were told if we wanted housekeeping, let the front desk know. On the second day... housekeeping knocked and entered our room. On the third night, maintenance let himself in, asking if we called downstairs about the phone not working. The smoke alarm went off while I was taking a shower. My husband called the front desk, they weren't concerned. Did it stop? Yes. Okay then. My husband stated he didn't want the fire department to come. Oh, they won't, we don't get notified when a smoke alarm goes off. Really?? Seriously?? We will never go back to this location!!! So disappointed

Very comfortable to sleep at and the service was amazing. My family enjoyed the pool the most. Great people and great breakfast!Nearby activities: The pool and breakfast were the best part of the trip

Mattress was VERY FIRM.Folded up the blankets to lay on top and get some cushion.Shower whistled like a tea kettle.Checkin was easy. Lobby was very large and breakfast was not busy compared to number of cars in a very full parking lot.

Warning: do not stay. Severe water damage likely to cause mold! ZERO positive customer service in a crisis when we were evacuated in the middle of the night. Hotel employees are not trained in dealing in a crisis or emergency, including corporate!
