Tim Hortons - Havelock

The restaurant has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a home-like feel. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I visited this restaurant twice in the fall and had a great experience both times. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

It's my local Tim's. The food is from corporate. But it is MY Tim's, so that makes it better. I know the staff, they know me, I'm in, I'm out. The App lets me order ahead so my food is waiting. At peak periods it is indispensable.

Used Drive thru today I purchased a Large coffee and 2 apple fritters. I enjoyed my coffee. The donuts were for later well I found them stuck together with a Napkin! Gross! Threw away as unedible with Germ filled napkins stuck to them. What happened to using the waxed paper and keeping it with the person filling the bags?

Took over 15 minutes to get my order then they didn't have the hash brown I order. Then they didn't give me money back on it.worse service I've seen.
