La Juliana - Havana

This was one of the best places for lunch that we visited during our stay in Havana. It is always busy, but you can reserve in advance. The staff is very nice, the food is great and comes soon. Beverages are also beautiful and prices are really acceptable. The indoor/atmosphere is also very pleasant. The combination of all above makes this place truly unique.

I was in many restaurants in Cuba and today I was completely blown away from this joint. It used to be a small corner pizza joint, but now they added an extension that is a seat restaurant. The place is tastefully decorated and the food is too rave. I really believe this is the best undiscovered jewel for tourists, as there are 90% local Cubans who come here. It's really one of my must in Havana now!

This place was pretty great. We went on and it was freezing, but the waiting staff was nice enough to turn off the individual A/C in our area, which we really appreciated. The food was obviously super authentic Cuban food. I ordered the ropa vieja that had the most delicious ropa vieja I had and I ordered ropa vieja un at least 15 different restaurants in Miami and throughout Cuba. It was also appropriate (in US terms). 7 of us all ordered full meals, some of us even ordered appetizers and special drinks and the total bill was just like $100. I'm sure we'll be back in Cuba next time.

Love her spaghetti and milkshakes. The service is always great. The prices are good. Nice for a relaxed lunch or a friend Hangout.
