Miam - Hauts de Bienne

After several attempts at order, we realize that they intentionally put us on hold to never resume the call. We ordered the bottom for a while, the first time, it was despite a waiting of almost 2 hours, each time, before receiving our order. This winter we were informed about the worst ways they didn't deliver Premanon in winter, which we can understand. But here we recently recommended, after the snow, they delivered us once, and since then, when we call them filtering our calls.... Why not answer us and tell us that they do not want to deliver, even if on their pubs, they say they deliver to Premanon or St Laurent in Granvaux. Very disappointed, I do not recommend. Customer service and contact with the customer are really examined, because they are not at all commercial, welcoming and respectful. Malpoli and disrespectful, that's all I got from Miam Morez.

On the order, no luck, no more salad, no ice cream, no more panini... at the same time as we are Saturday on school holidays... so we took burgers and Miam. Well, not at all disappointed, they are well garnished, fries house a pleasure! We recommend!

Super nice staff, wide offers with fresh products. The meals are very good! I highly recommend burgers!!! Just service is a little slow sometimes but it is tolerable.
