Little Pepi's Pizzelles - Hatfield

I got my order and there were cockroaches in the whole box. I contacted customer service who informed me that they did not believe it was their fault and that they would not do anything to take me. I returned the box to the sender because I don't want to bring cockroaches to my house. they have lost a customer because of their lack of customer service.

Love-Love-Love these cookies! Delicious and fresh! My brother had a bone marrow transplant and he was so sick he could not eat; however, he was able to eat these though. So thank you for a great product!!!

I absolutely felt like I was drinking a bottle of anise extract I will never buy these again.....

Every box came over done, very dark/burnt looking and harder than normal. I was raised on my grandmother then mother and then my making pizzelles and never saw 6 boxes all in this condition.
