The customer service at By The Way Bakery was fast and excellent. The food had great presentation and tasted delicious. The bakery was very clean and beautiful. My family loved the dessert we had for Thanksgiving 2022.

A friend from Westchester (NY) had gifted me several almond cookies years ago, pre pandemic. Although I loved the cookies, at the time, I felt that I couldn?t justify the trip. I live in Bergen County (NJ) and although I had not ventured to the Bakery,i never forgot how incredible those cookies were. I had had some BTW items purchased at Whole Foods but they weren?t the same(although I do adore the Madelines from there). This Saturday, the stars aligned and my husband I made it to the shop inHastings. OH MY! We purchased a bunch of goodies to freeze. My favorites? Amy Cake and Blondies. I still love the almond cookiesbut?. SO WORTH THE TRIP! So worth the price gluten free, dairy free, kosher. A HUGE part of my AMAZING experience at thebakery was the fabulous help SHYANA was THE BEST. She was extremely helpful, friendly, kind, patient with my questions andindecisiveness. Although we had placed an advance order, being in the shop with all these edible beauties was overwhelming webought more while there. It took years for us to get there but we already plan to go back within a couple of weeks. The entireexperience of the BY THE WAY Bakery is over the top from their adorable shop, cute packaging, lovely to look at and deliciousto eat baked goods, and top staff Shyana. Many, many thanks! Super cute, small, gluten free and dairy free bakery with a couple of locations in NYC and one in Westchester. I've also seen their cake slices sold in Whole Foods in Manhattan. My favorites from here are the coconut cloud cake, and the brownie. Ithought the cream puff was a bit disappointing since there was no cream inside... The raspberry bar also had a super deliciousand fresh tasting raspberry filling, though it kind of fell apart as you were eating it.

The gluten-free baked goods at this restaurant are outstanding. They are delicious and offer a wide variety of options. We thoroughly enjoyed every pastry and were impressed that they are gluten-free. My mom even said they are the best cupcakes she's ever had! You must visit and try them out for yourself.

I stopped by after work for a pick-me-up and ordered an iced coffee and a raspberry bar. It was just what I needed. The coffee was delicious, perfectly cold brewed with no bitterness. The raspberry bar tasted like a little piece of pie. I will definitely be returning.
