In-store order system malfunction.Toilet facility very dirty, no evidence of cleaning routine.

Terrible! I waited 30 minutes to even get acknowledged at the drive through!! Not even a sorry for the wait.0 starts if it was possible

Unfortunately there's no option to leave a no star review! Stopped in tonight to get sundaes after dinner. Store is an absolute disgrace! Rubbish all over the floor, half eaten food everywhere. Had to order at the counter as the self serves weren't working properly. Then Had to wait the best part of 10 minutes for 4 sundaes while 2 staff members conducted a personal conversation between barking orders at another poor girl. Eventually my sundaes were practically thrown over the counter at me by one of the staff more interested in continuing her chat with the other staff. Sundaes were already half melted and over flowing the containers before being served. Overall a poor excuse for a restaurant!!

Hastings management, this is outrageous! You left two young girls to take orders and process them on a busy Friday night? It took 45 minutes for us to get our order through the drive-thru. This is unacceptable, especially for those poor girls. They managed to handle a job that should require more staff! I sincerely hope they weren’t mistreated by the frustrated customers waiting for their orders. If they were, the management is to blame!

I was really disappointed with my experience. The chips was cold and lacked any salt, and I didn’t receive a straw with my drink. I requested no pickles and no regular whispers, but they didn’t pay attention to my order. Overall, it was a letdown.
