Mancino's Pizza Grinders - Hastings

Great food...... but their customer service could use an overhaul. I've had multiple issues with them completely forgetting to start my order, so I'm stuck waiting longer and hair being found in my food. Clearly some employees have zero pride in their work. Very sad. Again, food is on point. The reason I go back.

They serve up the best Grinders in the world. Great place to eat!

Sloppy soppy subs here that i was told couldnt be made right by refund or remake because manager was not on site to authorize this happened few yrs ago so id like to think that maybe by now this would be unheard of now for them)Wouldnt mind trying if times are different there; keeping money local as possible is pretty important in our home.

Ordered extra meat, mushrooms, banana peppers and didn't get any of it but still got charged for it! Not happy especially since it looks lime they put the bare minimum of everything on them. They did this to all 4 of my grinders.
