Bardot - Hasselt

The atmosphere was there. Music was too loud blaring through 1 central loudspeaker. A more widespread sound system could bring relief here. You can't really call it a place to relax and drink wine. The beers are tapped according to the rules of the art. Friendly service.

Selected this place (with our group of 10 people) because of what they say is the best cava and wine selection. We were astonished that this business was closed and we literally stood in front of a closed door because of a private party. Why closed then? While they also accepted other reservations on this day?! Not a single notification or call!! Very neat. If your cava and wine are as good as your customer focus and involvement, I am very happy that the door was closed. The rosé is probably just as bad as their reservation service. NOT RECOMMENDED in Hasselt!

Cool wine bar with super tasty Torello wines and cava. The tapas platter was also delicious. Mss a small extension of this wouldn't be bad. The owner ... I didn't get the impression that he was 100% happy. It could have been a bit more enthusiastic :

The service was not really good, quite dry, we did not immediately feel welcome. After 1 pint, we just continued.

Cozy, small, 40+, nice wine, nice friendly bartender....
