We've waited a long time until the service has picked up our order. After that we waited for our ice cream for 45 minutes! We have ordered straw beakers with fresh strawberries we have strawberries from the glass. Of course without saying anything. Naughty. When we waited for our ice cream, a lot of visitors went in and out. They were served quite quickly and went on happy with their ice cream. I'll never get ice cream again here!

We were in the outdoor cafe today on May 1st. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the many positive reviews today. The café was well visited, but not fully occupied. Nevertheless, the operation seemed totally overwhelmed and stressed. There was a long waiting time until the operation was finally at the table. Yes, it was well visited, but it seemed uncoordinated at the service. We ordered ice cups, milk cafe and a cold drink. It then took about 30 minutes until the ice cups came, although hardly any guests were to serve. One wonders how to look at high season. The reason for the long waiting period is the parallel street sales, which ties the kitchen forces for the café too much. This should be urgently improved. The ordered milk cafe and the cold drink came after the ice cups. Completely wrong order and much too late. Drinks should come a lot more. The ice cups themselves had to do nix with the description in the map. We had ordered a Belgian chocalate ice cup. According to description with delicate chocolate rasps and filigree chocolate deco. We've got brown sugar spices as decoration. There was nothing to see from chocolate. For almost 9 euros, it's almost a freak. Luckily there are more passers-by guests than regulars who will never come again, which we will probably also count on. Shame...

Very good service, had a successful celebration in this great location.
