Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Harwich Port

We ordered 2 blizzards and small sundae. The blizzards came out and literally dripping all over us. The sundae was also melting in the cup. All of the ice cream was soupy before we could even take a bite. The kid at the window gave us one spoon and onenapkin and began closing the window. I had to ask for spoons and napkins, extra napkins because we had ice cream meltingeverywhere. I can appreciate it is difficult to find help but please monitor your product as the owner. You sell ice cream, makesure it is cold, I could get milk out of my own fridge.

What, the actual, phuck. I counted 5 people working inside and it?s drive-thru only. Took roughly 30 mins (not an exaggeration to get thru the drive thru line. Most ppl were ordering ice creams. The ice creams were coming out serially- one at a time. Socar pulls up to the window, pays, then some time after the first cone comes out. Then a few minutes later a blizzard comes out.I mean, what? There?s 5 people in there. Two making ice creams (but one at a time? , a lady wearing headphones taking orders, aguy in a blue shirt handing orders thru the window, and a girl standing at the window doing nothing. You ever heard of 2 chicksone cup? This was 4 chicks one ice cream. At a time. With one dude watching. If you?re the owner of this Dairy Queen pleasereply to this post with your contact info, I?m local and I?d be happy to come help your team improve your processes. A couplepeople left the drive thru line b/c they didn?t want to wait, so you lost money today meanwhile you?re paying 5 ppl to staff it.Ok maybe throw me a blizzard or something but otherwise no charge, I?d be happy to help train your employees for a few hours.

Good Dairy Queen experience in Harwich. The grilled cheese and fries were very good. The pretzels were over cooked in microwave and hard. I still ate them anyway and the cheese sauce is always good. The cheese curds were also a little overcooked and exploded, but again they were eaten. The service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant was clean. Great fast food option on the cape, which does not have too many fast food choices. They also have the full food menu, some on the cape don't.

Although they are often understaffed and dont always get every order right, the kids who work there are always very friendly and try very hard, which I appreciate very much. The food is always good, which is all you can ask for at a fast food place and of course we LOVE the ice cream!

This place used to be great. The food now is terrible. Hotdog was burnt and rubbery and the soft pretzels were hard and tasted stale. Fries and ice cream are good though.
