China Doll - Harvey

Update: I'm back and this time I didn't have to sit in my car. Four of us went for lunch and we enjoyed the Boneless chicken comb lunch and an Empress Chicken over noodles. It is a HUGE portion chicken served with delicious shrimp fried rice and two Cho-Cho (stuff triangle shaped fried ton with a mixture of Chinese roast pork, shrimp and green white onion). The Beef Skewers were tasteful, delicate and juicy. Only dang good... oh and the service is always great! This picture I am, in my car, on the boneless chicken. Hot, fresh and so tender! Love it...

I heard China Doll changed management. I just get the Pork Fried rice Xtra green onion, Xtra pork and eggs. It is a special order..no replacement on her Shrimp Fried Rice tho.. but it is worth it to me too! Delicious! View the image

That's the best Chinese restaurant I've been in for a long time. My wife is Chinese and loves it. Sure, it's one of the best in the New Orleans area. Large portions, fresh seafood and vegetables, perfectly seasoned, and a great atmosphere for a wonderful lunch or dinner. Perfect Mai Tai also available.

I got the Mandarin Chicken lunch special that was soo crispy, so delicious and so plentiful that I has enough left to eat the next day and some. Always good food, Always good service. In my humble opinion, China Doll is the BEST Chinese food on the West Bank. I give China Doll my HIGHEST recommendation!
