TGI FRIDAYS - Harvey

The Al pastor bowl is perfect, very good. I like the crispy chicken gyoza better than the pot stickers, if you like em doughy these are for you. The whiskey Hlazed Chicken starters are act good, im just not a fan of boneless wings and they reminded me of them. The rolls are actually good, I would change the sauce they come with though because it does nothing for the flavor.

The packaging was sloppy. Portions were to small for the price.

Took way too long to get food. Took almost 30 minutes to get an order placed, then the order was correct bc the waiter thought he could rmbr without writing it down.... over 2hrs to eat... not the USUAL TGIF experience in NEW ORLEANS ?

This is the worst tgi Fridays I have ever been to. I witnessed people be seated then walk out after no one came to take there order. The restaurant is dead. There is 2 people at a both. And 6 at the bar..... Only eating here because we ordered already... Don't come

This meal was a disaster. The truffle puffs were the only part of the meal we really liked. My salad was full of discolored lettuce and the dressing tasted sour like it had been left out on a warm counter for quite some time. The steak was tough and we never did get to get our sushi box we ordered. We were told multiple times it was about to come out but on the 4th time she told us that, we canceled the order for it as we were already done eating the rest of our order by then. When we got the check, the $28 box was still on it. Glad I paid attention before I handed over my card. The waitress was nice but the kitchen ruined our meal with it's bad food and lack of time management. Definitely not a good experience this time. I've been to many TGI Fridays across the country and most do not disappoint. Unfortunately, this one really let us down.
