Big John’s Huntsville (bbq, Drive-through, Food Truck, Catering)

We were driving to Ardmore and passed a smoker along the way situated next to a gas station with Big John's BBQ on the left side of the building. This is a no frills takeout restaurant open Thursday thru Saturday. Amazing delicious food is what they serve. The food was tasty, fresh and I can't wait to go back to try more of it! I picked up a pulled pork plate for my dad with slaw and potato salad. He devoured his food. We purchased a rack of ribs, pulled pork, potato salad and cabbage. The cabbage is out of this world good! Everything we bought was excellent. The ribs are so good without sauce that we didn't bother to try the sauce. I will next time. I highly recommend you try this BBQ restaurant. It is very very good. The employees inside are friendly and helpful. You place your order and go back to your car. A young man brought our food to our car. The order was correct and off we were to get home to try everything. You won't regret giving this place a try. It is a gem out in the county.

My husband and I tried their loaded fries, wings, baked beans, Mac and Cheese and, green beans. It was amazing!! We will definitely be back

This place is a worth the drive. I got the wings, slaw, Mac n cheese. My goodness it was SO GOOD. The rooftop fries are to die for! If you have a chance, come out to this gem!

We had Big Johns tonight for dinner! Everything we tried was phenomenal! Between my husband and I we had fried fish, pulled pork, wings, fries, mac and cheese, and baked beans. It was very generous portions of all things. I sampled everything and didn't no come across anything that I didn't like! We will definitely be back!

Moved to the area from Madison and bought this BBQ as a thank you to my friends who helped me move incredible surprise finding this place so close. The pulled pork is way better than anything else I've had lately. I've been back to try the ribs, wings, (really anything they offer) and everything I've had is incredible. You must try this place! Friendly staff and convenient location too.
