Mcdonald's - Harvard

40 minutes after placing my order, I had to ask for a refund. Stood in there waiting patiently, along with many others, only to see my order number drop off the screen. Absolutely horrible service. This place should be completely ashamed

All in all, this is a good McDonald's store but wait times can get long at peak times. I've had mishaps happen but the Store Managers have always done something to make it right. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This is one of the McDonald's that relies more on kiosks rather than employees, the ordering counter is about 3 feet long and is why I won't go to this location ever again, service and quality are terrible Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
