Fuji Express - Hartsville

The food is soooo good. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. One of the best hibachi restaurants that has ever graced the face of this earth. The food is addictive and the staff is the velvet glove to the foods iron fist. You'll find yourself sitting in the parking lot waiting on the doors to open if you ever try it. 5stars all day! Love this place!

Food would be 5 stars for the taste and price, but I'm very worried someone is going to get hurt eating the sushi because of the consistency of the seaweed. I read up on it and if it's not baked right, sits too long in a sushi roll, or the rice is too wet it can make the seaweed very rubbery.That's what I experienced. A strand of seaweed from my sushi roll got caught in my throat and I began choking.I stayed calm tried not to cause a scene and used my fingers to pull it out, but an older person or a young child might not know to do this and I'm concerned that they could get hurt ?. If they fix the consistency of the seaweed in a sushi I would give five stars for the price. .The Ambiance is definitely not what you would see at your typical sushi or Japanese restaurant and they just have the basics but I enjoyed it and will be coming back but will be very careful when eating their sushi?.I hope someone reads this and I hope no one gets hurt. I enjoyed my food today. ?

Food was great as always, staff attentive and super friendly like normal. Est here about once a week and they never disappoint.

Birthday party for a friend. Food was OK. Food was hot and cooked to order. However, no seasoning. Used a lot of the White Sauce. The beef soup was lght. It did have a few onions in it. Salad was, baggage, pre-cut salad, with choice of 2 dressing. I choose the ginger dressing. It was

We love Fuji Express! The only thing I don't like is how they charge you more than the prices listed on the menus. Or they charge me more than the menu has listed. Parking: The parking lot is kinda awkward but it's not hard to find a spot, most of the time. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available, and I think maybe booster seats too. But I'm not 100% sure on that second part. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a table, maybe more that are wheel chair accessible, and that stays available for the people that need it unless they're just slam packed with customers.
