Cold Stone Creamery - Hartland Twp

I arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM, even though their website claimed they were open 24 hours. However, they closed earlier than advertised and were out of ice cream when I asked for some.

This restaurant used to be a great place to get ice cream. However, on two consecutive days, I was unable to get any ice cream due to different excuses. On the first day at 5:45 PM, they told me they were open until 6 but had stopped serving Cold Stone at 5:30. Instead, they offered to sell me a donut hole. On the second day at 4 PM, they claimed the freezer had failed. If they are not going to sell Cold Stone during their business hours, they should consider closing that part of the store and focus solely on the Tim Horton's items.

The dessert at Culvers was delicious, however, the employees seemed to be in a sour mood.

Their gift card reader has been down since 2018. If the owner can’t fix that issue in 5 years they have no business running a franchise.

This place is inconsistent, and can’t seem to get their business hours rightfully documented on their website. Stopped by this place multiple times and they either close early, or they weren't open at all that day. Their website states that they’re open till 8pm, which today I got there by 7:20pm. The doors are locked and no one is around. I love supporting local businesses around here in Hartland. I also like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt.. However, three strikes you’re out, and I won’t be back to this cold stone again. Disappointing.
