Moe's Southwest Grill - Hartford

I often come to this wonderful place as I enjoy the ambience that characterizes this place. The team is extremely loyal and professional. The service is awfully efficient. Of course, food preparation is very different. I ate there often and I was always thrilled. The effort is available again. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

I expressly agree with the negative comments below for the following reasons: 1) The service is fantastic ALL of time. They are very friendly and open to help you and to accept your wishes; much more than I would be treating with all hungry, impatient and demanding people going through this line. 2) Yes, it is busy during lunch, but every place is and the speed with which they deliver their service is superior to the number of people going through. 3) It is inappropriate to give them a bad review just because they are not open for dinner. They would be open when there was demand in downtown Hartford, but there is not. 4) You cannot predict the amount of chips and salsa that every customer wants (some do not want so much). If you happen to get a bag with less, then you can just ask for more. You gave me more chips and salsa every time I asked for more. 5) I believe that the service, cleanliness and attention to detail are among the best I have ever experienced in the service industry. I often go there and recommend it to everyone.

Two days ago our first time was in this good restaurant. But... it is certainly not the last. We had great time with the generous service, with the great food and wine and with the modest payment. We'll be back there.

Quick speed despite the rush (if you can preorder). Deals are good, food is consistently well done. Kinda wished they had an Android app, it disappeared from Google Play a while ago.

Same food, same setup just like any other Moe's Southwest Grill. They can get pretty busy during lunch. Since the space is a food court, one has to shout their ingredients to be placed onto your food (I'm not a fan of shouting my food order out). Also, the place gets a bit messy/dirty since there's usually a rush at lunch. Other than that, the food is good and prices are the same as any other local stand alone Moe's Southwest Grill restaurant.
