Mcdonald's - Hartford

The people are nice at the window, always polite. My card once declined here once because I was out of state and the head manager comped my 10 dollar meal and said it's on the house. Really helped me out, after a long day of working, and hours and hours away from home. Reading these other reviews, I am not sure where they got the service from, or if they even went to the correct McDonald’s. I go to Vermont seldom, but I always pass this McDonald’s and every single time I’ve come here they’ve always been great. The manager, I believe her name is Lou or something sorry if I’m butchering it, she is very nice and so are the workers. I come in the afternoon usually.

Guys working very fast! Excellent service, clean area and restrooms. Good place to stay

Staff was friendly the food was hot. I'd ordered a 10 piece 10 chicken mc nugget, and received a 6 piece one which sucked until I checked my receipt saw that I'd only been charged for the 6 piece one, so no worries!
