Hardee’s - Hartford

Went through drive through so can't comment on atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible service. Honestly makes the food not worth it.

Rude employees they didn't get my order correct and they barely gave me and my husband enough food such a waste of 28 dollars and I'm pregnant so I was very hungry

Don't Go! We got locked inside, with NO explanation, because the crew was overwhelmed with orders from drive-thru. This was a Fire Code violation at best.This location generally very poor service and claims they're out of product (chicken tenders generally) because they don't feel like making them at 7:30pm.. but they sure have them the next day.Someone needs to bulldoze the place and put in a different chain.

Service could be more friendly, awful speed of service, terrible attitude.I have had better service playing pretend with my toddler. I mean this is atrocious. Hard to believe these people get paid to be absolutely horrid at their jobs.
