Burrito Loko - Hartford

The tacos definitely undercooked and I’m pregnant so definitely a no! the presentation could have been better.

I placed an order here online and they are suppose to notify you when it's ready. I never got a text so I finally just went in to ask where my order was and told the cashier it had been over 40 minutes. I saw my order on the counter and asked how long it had been there snd the kid told me it had been sitting there for 20 minutes??? never apologized once or offered to heat the food up?? It wasn't even busy like ????? I used to order from here all the time but never again.

Usually when I go to Parkville I go to the same few vendors. But this time, once I saw Birria tacos it called my name so I figured it was the best time and to try a new vendor at Parkville.I got myOrder in fast and only had to wait a few mini for my Order. It was a Saturday night but not as crazy busy as I thought it be.My Birria tacos were delicious! They were well stuffed with beef and flavorful. Meat was tender as well. I definitely was happy with them and it was more than enough!

I went yesterday to grab some lunch after work, I ordered steak quesadillas and later when i went upstairs to eat I found a piece of hair in my food. The cashier at Burrito loko works with her hair down and when I went again to order nachos he hair touched my food again. I was so disgusted. I ended up not eating anything and eating at another location. Then she proceeded to brush her hair even though there was food up front. Disgusted.
