The New Moon - HARROW

Visited Kenton new moon last evening. As usual for a Thursday night relatively busy. Short staffed, and acting manageress a face of thunder. You thought twice of going to the bar as she was looking for a rug. So ordered via the app. Jeez 20mins still no service. Had to go to bar twice to escalate the delay. Poor service. Bring back Tj

Stopped for a breakfast just after 10am. The place was not busy. Initially they got the order wrong and half the items were stone cold (cold egg bacon and beans). Told the staff, but just got a blank stare from the waitress, then given our money back and told that they would not be serving us anymore food. I've never had this happen before!. I've been going here on and off for years, and it has been great. Not sure why it has gone downhill so much. Real shame actually.

We went to Moons Kenton for dinner, the food was served quickly, and as you would expect from a Wetherspoons, great value. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we recommend it to friends and family.

Had lunch yesterday. Cold toasties, cold chips, the coffee machine was filthy. They are the dirtiest toilets I’ve ever been in. The whole pub was dirty. Avoid at all costs. Never going back.

Good service and affordable drinks. Great space to sit outside in the sun and watch the world go past. Food of good quality
