Randall's Coffee House - HARROW

The two waitresses were engaged in a water fight with customers, making it the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a coffee shop. I was worried about water getting on my mother and me. It was clear that the other customers were their friends. When I requested a shisha, I was given one that didn't work properly and it took over 20 minutes to get a replacement. When I asked for a new shisha pipe, it seemed like a big ask. After 20 minutes, one of the waitresses demanded we return the shisha pipe, even though we were entitled to an hour of shisha time. The closing time was supposed to be 10pm, but we were told to leave at 9:20. However, the waitresses were very accommodating with their friends (the same people they had the water fight with). When we spoke to the owner, he excused their behavior by saying they were young and lacked manners. It was his responsibility to hire staff who don't engage in water fights. Their friends were also playing loud music from their phones. My mother, who has a disability, needed to use the restroom. The same waitress who took the shisha away told her she couldn't use it because she was cleaning it. When my mother insisted, the waitress threw her gloves on the floor. We ended up going to the George pub before returning to the coffee shop. I have never been so appalled by a service in my life. It was terrible. I will be lodging a complaint with Trading Standards and the Council. I don't usually write reviews or file complaints, but we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. I strongly advise against visiting this place.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I had a very negative experience with a young girl who could barely speak English. Despite my attempts to explain things to her, she was extremely rude and I felt intimidated by her. The manager refused to come out and made no effort to address the situation. I have never had such a bad experience in all my life.

This busy location in Harrow town centre has both inside and outdoor seating. It serves excellent coffee and great snacks. The paninis are very good. Many locals meet up here and it is a good place to take a break whilst out shopping.

I recently visited this coffee shop and had a nice iced coffee. However, the staff should be more attentive to cleaning the tables and could be friendlier towards customers. The place looked a bit messy.

Go there any time in the day has a great patio to sit and smoke, adequately covered and has enough heaters. Would only recommend the drinks and not the food
