Nando's South Harrow

Lovely service this branch was incredibly busy but the manager (Igor) and ALL the team members (Rashyd, Aimal, Adam) were attentive and still offered great service. Food was yummy as always! Shoutout to the team great job!

I order delivery several t time and i pay too much on delivery than eat in and i can my rider is there at pick up i even cal them. And once i even went to see if rider is telling truth . Staff clearly says deliveries are not important they said they give priority eat in customer over delivery customer. If nandos have issues with delivery customers then best is nandos must close delivery option. Every single time nandos does same drama. I was shown a video by rider the staff is giggling chatting and using mobile while no one wants t attend deliveries.

This is a lovely Nando's, the staff are very nice, the cook the food how you like it most of the time. But it does happen that the chips are cold, the wait staff checked using their hand and it seems we got the same chips back considering the peri seasoning was deep fried ..... I think going in first impressions are important and it would be nice if they appeared welcoming. However it's nice here, you are not bombarded with overloud music. We definitely will go again.

They deserve 0 stars honestly. We went yesterday, 3 adults and two kids. We waited for our food for 45 minutes!!!! The kids were actually starving, if I wouldn’t ask why our food is not coming they would never bring it. 45 minutes for some chicken wings and fries ! It’s actually embarrassing. I will never come again or order Nando’s again in my life. We re really disappointed, such a shame!

Had a lovely time. Didn't have to wait to long. The staff were very friendly. Looked after every ones orders. Chips fully loaded new to the menu very tasty. Will visit this branch again.
